Thanks to ICB Artisans/Chris & Pete we were able to see the plans for our dream house become a reality.  The result is a house that is clearly, true to their name, the work of artisans. The house design had significant framing challenges which were deftly handled by ICB. We also appreciated their professionalism.  They worked well with the architect, subcontractors, employees and inspectors, treating them all fairly.

There were no financial surprises – the budget and invoice were clear. Any changes to the budget, up or down, were discussed in a timely manner. Occasionally something didn’t go according to plan, but Chris and Pete would take it in stride and do what was needed to make it right. In addition they consulted with us at every significant decision point – ICB was able to give knowledgeable advice that was helpful to us in making good decisions. Chris and Pete both were respectful, even-tempered and a pleasure to work with.  We recommend them wholeheartedly!
